Members Obligations

 

  • Haitian Women Meet Up Club is a safe environment to initiate, improve, and protect ours members in their entrepreneurial growth.

  • We do not accept that our members use our platform to disrespect any other members or engage in any unhealthy competition. 

  • We encourage our members to bring to our attention all concerns about any form of unhealthy competition so we can address the situation with fairness and integrity.

  • We do not accept any members to use this platform to solicit financial fund from any other members for personal reasons other than regular business transactions. 

 

 

Membership terms and conditions 

 

  • You must be 18 year old or older to be a member. To become a member you need to book your one on one meeting with one of our board members. At the meeting, we decide if you are a fit candidate to our club.

  • You may select any of the membership packages available. 

  • You will benefit from all rights and privileges attached to the level of membership which you have selected. 

  • Your membership is effective on the day you have paid your membership due. Membership is valid for 12 months (the Annual term). If you wish to renew your membership, you will fill the renewal form at the end of the annual term. 

  • The fee for annual membership varies according to the level of membership which you have selected. The fee is payable in full up front at the time of registration and on each anniversary of the date of registration. 

  • The fee is payable by debit or credit card through PayPal. 

 

Cancellation

 

 CANCELLATION BY YOU

  • You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days for any reason. To cancel, you need to request a cancellation form and fill it out within the 14 days period. Once the form is completed, send it to us by email before the cancellation time has expired. 

 

 CANCELLATION BY US

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you fail to comply to the membership obligations, conditions and terms. If we cancel your membership after 14 days of your registration period, we will not refund you any payment.
